AHN Women’s Behavioral Health Celebrates 10 Years of Impact and Compassion
For the past decade, Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Women’s Behavioral Health has provided vital support to mothers and families, delivering compassionate care during pregnancy and after childbirth with specialized services for perinatal mental health and postpartum depression.
One powerful example of this work is the Alexis Joy D’Achille Center for Perinatal Mental Health at AHN West Penn Hospital. Created in partnership with the Alexis Joy D’Achille Foundation, the Center offers a unique mother-baby intensive outpatient program designed to strengthen the bond between mother and baby while building maternal confidence and fostering healing.
The Foundation’s mission honors Alexis’ memory and ensures that no other family feels alone in their struggle. Through philanthropy and advocacy, they are changing the future of perinatal mental health and expanding access to lifesaving care. Learn more about their ongoing impact in this video.
