Sowing Seeds of Good Health

From peppers to pollinator plants, there's plenty of buzz at the Forbes Hospital Healthy Food Center Garden. Dietetic Technician and Garden Lead Megan Davis oversees planting, harvesting, and more for many gardens throughout the network. Every year, the gardens yield hundreds of pounds of fresh produce for patients experiencing food insecurity. It's another way we meet people where they are and provide them with much-needed resources. Thank you, PNC, for your support of this initiative.

AHN Urologists Become the First in Western Pennsylvania to Offer Innovative New Ultrasound Treatment for Prostate Cancer

This groundbreaking approach provides patients a minimally invasive option, enhancing their experience and outcomes. With this procedure, patients with early-stage prostate cancer are often discharged the same day and experience short recovery periods. Michael Franti & Spearhead Are Coming to Rock the Cadence Clubhouse Stage!

Purchase your tickets today for a fantastic night of music for a good cause. Ovarian cancer survivor and grateful patient Julie McMullen and her husband, Michael, host the event. A portion of ticket sales supports ovarian cancer research at AHN. VIP tickets are $149 and include access to 2 premium viewing areas.
