It’s with immense pride that I join Allegheny Health Network (AHN) as its new president, returning to my hometown of Pittsburgh. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the opportunity that I’ve been given to lead one of western Pennsylvania’s most respected and vital community assets, and the exceptional team of caregivers who make it so special.
My career has been dedicated to building strong health care systems that prioritize outstanding patient care and empower talented, passionate health care professionals to be their best. I’ve had the privilege of leading several large and diverse health systems, where we focused on expanding care access, improving the patient experience and enhancing employee engagement at every level. I look forward to doing the same at AHN.
And we can’t do it without partners like you. Together, AHN and its community of generous supporters will help execute the next phase of our journey, as we continue to advance medicine and make a difference every day in the lives of our patients and their families.
Thank you for joining us on that journey, and for everything you do to help make that vision a reality.
